Our week at Breakfast & after school club

This week we have been blessed with this amazing week of sunshine. Although it is brilliant when the weather is hot, after the walk back to nursery, we have some very hot schoolies.

When we come in and have put our bags away, we have a large glass of cold water, under the shade of the tree and discuss how our school day has been. Then we have been playing lots of different games in the garden and using both gardens to play in. A new favourite is the boat in the back of the garden, some children like to "rock the boat" and some just like a leisurely sail.

The other advantage of this beautiful weather is that we have managed to have a little bit of alfresco dining and eat our tea in the garden, which the children have all really enjoyed so we think we will keep that up where we can.
