A Festive Week at Nursery 🎄

We have had a truly wonderful week at nursery as we prepared for the festive break. The children have been full of excitement and joy, and it has been lovely to see so much laughter and Christmas cheer filling our rooms.

One of the highlights of the week was a surprise visit from Father Christmas after the children’s Christmas party. His visit was a huge success and brought lots of smiles, excitement, and wide-eyed wonder to the children. It was a very special moment that made the celebrations even more magical.

The children also had great fun taking photos using a cardboard box decorated in tinsel, while wearing funny glasses. This activity had everyone laughing and created some fantastic festive memories.

So many Christmas activities have been taking place throughout the week. The children enjoyed decorating paper strings of lights with their names, helping them to feel proud and included. Creative activities continued with spaghetti Christmas trees and Santa’s beard, which the children loved decorating and trimming. These hands-on experiences encouraged creativity while embracing the festive spirit.

We have also been busy making surprise presents to go into the children’s bags, ready for them to take home and share with their families.

It has been a joyful and memorable week, and we would like to thank all our families for their continued support.
